Q. Is NDIS ART a registered NDIS Provider?

A. "No – participants need to be self or plan managed to be eligible for NDIS to fund participation in our art classes. If you are not self or plan managed please contact us to discuss possible alternative payment arrangements."

 

Q. Does NDIS ART provide Art Therapy classes?
A. "No. NDIS ART Paint & Relax classes do not involve any kind of therapy."


Q. “How exactly do bookings work?
A. You can either book via Class Bento (CLICK HERE), or contact us directly with your personal or plan managed details and we will set up an account for you.

Q. What is the frequency of bookings?

"Classes can be attended on a regular basis or as required. A Service Agreement is available for those who wish to participate regularly (weekly, fortnightly or monthly bookings) or when requested by a Plan Manager or Service Provider. (CLICK HERE to view our Service Agreement)"

Q. Do you provide support and transport?

A. "No. NDIS ART does not provide transport to and from the facility."

Q. What happens if I can’t make it on the day and I have locked in a booking and fail to give notice?

A. "NDIS ART may charge the agreed fee for service without 72hrs notice of your decision to cancel. However we understand that a cancellation or no-show may occur as the result of unforeseen circumstances."

Q. Do your convenors and teachers have the relevant skills, insurance and training?

A. "YES. Both Robyn and Phil are trained NDIS support workers and are fully insured.
